Therapy Model Clinic (TMC) is a confidential talking therapy service where we help people to gain control over their mental wellbeing in a confidential, highly secure virtual platform . We help people overcome emotional problems and become happy again.

We believe in using research based therapy to improve people’s mental health. We use cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT). We are the best at doing it virtually and securely.

Our therapists are accredited with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapy (BABCP) which is the organisation that accredits all CBT pract​itioners in the United Kingdom. An accredited member is expected by law to practice according to their code of conduct. You are encouraged to read more from their website.

Prognosight offers you FLEXIBILITY when you receive support. You will be able to choose how you receive support in the comfort of your home without need to travel. We have day, and  evening appointments available between the hours of 8.00hrs and 20.00hrs.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is an evidence based form of talking therapy that can be used to support people with emotional problems of depression and anxiety related difficulties. When we are distressed, anxious, stressed or depressed; our appraisal of  trigger situations, ourself and others become quite negative and we personalise events.

Anxiety and Anxiety Therapy

We all experience Anxiety feelings from time to time. Sometimes, stressful situations like meeting exam deadlines and interviews could result in fear, nervousness and anxiety. An element of anxiety is good for performance sometimes and this can help us to be focused on the job at hand especially when we are faced with threats and challenges of life.

All of the personnel I came in contact with, went above and beyond to help me with my medical problems. I am now enjoying a more active lifestyle and no longer feel the discomfort in chest.
