These techniques are used in our sessions to equip you with life long skills to deal with your emotional difficulties. In short, we help you develop strategies to help you deal with the past, cope with the present and live for the future.
We understand the need for complete confidentiality, and the sensitivities that certain cultures have. Visiting your doctor or a hospital means that your details are on a central database, and many people do not want this. We have NEVER shared clients’ details with other organisations without your permission, and we will NEVER do so. Everything that we discuss is completely confidential. We have spent time with state of the art specialist to develop a highly discreet and confidential platform for our video sessions.
